India, Sept. 8 -- On Tuesday, K Wave Media Ltd. (KWM) announced that it has changed its corporate name to Nexus Advanced Technologies Inc., reflecting the Company's strategic transformation and expanded focus on artificial intelligence infrastructure and advanced technology opportunities.
On the Nasdaq, the shares were trading 3.90 percent lower at $1.5900.
As part of the company's name change, its ordinary shares will start trading on Nasdaq under the new ticker symbol NXAT from the market opening on September 9, 2026.
The company's warrant ticker will also change from KWMWW to NXATWW. Previously, the company's stock and warrant symbols were KWM and KWMWW, respectively.
