India, Aug. 22 -- Jupiter Neurosciences, Inc. (JUNS), a clinical-stage biopharmaceutical company, reported a second-quarter loss compared to a year-ago quarter. The company also announced the pricing of a registered direct offering.
In the second quarter, net loss was $2.27 million, marginally wider than $2.25 million last year. On a per-share basis, the loss narrowed to $4.08 from $5.09 in Q2 2025.
For the quarter ended June 30, 2026, product revenue was $0.02 million, compared with no product revenue in the corresponding quarter last year. Jupiter announced that it has entered into a securities purchase agreement for a registered direct offering.
