India, Aug. 14 -- Jasper Therapeutics Inc. (JSPR), a clinical-stage biotechnology company focused on immune-mediated diseases, reported second quarter 2026 financial results and provided a corporate update following the completion of its acquisition of Kira Pharmaceuticals.
The combined company is advancing a portfolio of clinical-stage therapies targeting immunologically driven disorders, including KP-104, briquilimab and KP-701.
