India, Aug. 19 -- International Public Partnerships Limited (INPP.L), an infrastructure investment company, on Wednesday said it has agreed to divest its stakes in nine UK private-public partnership projects (PPP) for more than £58 million.

The portfolio comprises 15 schools across four London boroughs, delivered under the Building Schools for the Future programme, and will be sold to a separately managed account (SMA) managed by InfraRed Capital Partners on behalf of a pension fund.

The disposal represents a premium to the company's latest published valuation and is part of INPP's disciplined capital recycling programme, allowing it to realise proceeds from mature assets and provide greater flexibility to fund higher-return investme...
