India, July 23 -- The Indonesia stock market has finished lower in two straight sessions, slumping almost 25 points or 0.4 percent along the way. The Jakarta Composite Index now rests just above the 6,315-point plateau and it may take further damage on Friday.
The global forecast for the Asian markets is negative on tech weakness, surging oil prices and Middle East tensions. The European and U.S. markets were sharply lower and the Asian bourses also figure to open in the red.
