India, Oct. 17 -- ICICI Bank Ltd. reported that, on a consolidated financial basis, its second-quarter net profit increased to INR 16,333.18 crore from INR 13,357.06 crore in the same quarter last year. On a per share basis, net income was INR 22.49 up from INR 18.42 in the previous year.
Total income for the second quarter grew to INR 88,161.18 crore from INR 76,146.59 crore in the prior year.
