India, Sept. 10 -- IceCure Medical Ltd. (ICCM), a developer of minimally invasive cryoablation therapies, announced that China's National Medical Products Administration (NMPA) has granted regulatory approval for its ProSense system.
The device is designed to destroy benign and malignant tumors by freezing them, offering a non-surgical alternative for patients.
ProSense uses liquid nitrogen-based cryoablation to freeze and ablate tumors in breast, kidney, bone, and lung. The system is already cleared in the U.S., Europe and several other markets, and the new approval in China significantly expands its global reach.
