India, Aug. 25 -- Hyundai Motor Co., Ltd. (HYMTF.OB) and its South Korean labor union reached a tentative agreement on wages and bonuses after the union staged its first full-day strike in 10 years on Friday.

On the KSE, Hyundai Motor shares were up 1.21% at KRW 419,500.

The strike followed partial stoppages since late July as workers sought higher wages, an increase in the retirement age and stronger job protections against artificial intelligence and automation.
