India, July 8 -- Hammerson plc (HMSO.L), a retail property owner and developer, on Wednesday said it sold 69 million pounds of non-core assets, including multiple holdings in central Dublin and another non-core investment.

The company said it used part of the sale proceeds to acquire the remaining 50% stake in Ilac, taking full ownership of the Dublin city centre shopping destination.

The company said total non-core divestments reached 75 million pounds in 2026, including the final Leeds disposal completed in January, representing a substantial premium to book value.

The company said it will continue to deploy the proceeds in line with its capital allocation priorities.
