(GLSI) shares rose 5 percent on Monday, after the clinical-stage biopharmaceutical company announced that its Board of Directors had extended the lock-up period on shares held by directors, officers, and existing pre-IPO investors through January 31, 2027.

The stock opened at $14.79 and traded between $14.76 and $15.39 during the session on the Nasdaq. It has traded in a 52-week range of $7.78 to $34.10. Trading volume was 27,694 shares, compared with an average daily volume of 158,337 shares.
