India, Oct. 2 -- Geely Automobile Holdings Limited (0175.HK) said it sold 292,168 vehicles in September, its highest monthly volume this year and the seventh consecutive month of year-on-year and month-on-month growth. Sales rose 7% from a year earlier and 8% from August.
New energy vehicle sales rose 16% year-on-year to 190,868 units, accounting for 65% of total sales.
For the first nine months of 2026, sales reached 2.24 million vehicles, while new energy vehicle sales rose 14% to 1.33 million units.
Overseas sales rose 162% year-on-year to 106,685 vehicles in September, exceeding 100,000 units for the fourth consecutive month. New energy vehicle exports surged 403% to 73,664 units, accounting for 69% of overseas sales.
