India, Oct. 7 -- Shares of FuelCell Energy (FCEL) are tumbling 14% after the company announced a planned transition of its Chief Financial Officer, with Matthew Latino succeeding Michael Bishop effective October 7.

The stock is currently trading at $17.72, down $2.93 or 14.19%, on the Nasdaq. It opened at $19.03 after closing the previous session at $20.65. The stock has traded between $5.71 and $37.88 over the past 52 weeks.
