India, Aug. 18 -- Frasers Group Plc (FRAS.L), a British retail, property, and investment conglomerate, on Tuesday said it has secured valid acceptances for 12.16 million shares of HUGO BOSS, representing approximately 17.62% of the fashion company's share capital and voting rights.

Including the shares already directly held by Frasers, its total holding in HUGO BOSS has now increased to 33.05 million shares, equivalent to about 47.89% of the company's share capital and voting rights.

Frasers had announced its decision to launch a voluntary public takeover offer for all HUGO BOSS shares not already directly held by it on June 10, 2026. The additional acceptance period had ended on August 13, 2026.
