(FIRY) shares soared $3.65, or 43.47 percent, to $12.01 on Tuesday, after the company announced a major legal victory in its false advertising lawsuit against Papaya Gaming, with a U.S. federal court ordering a $719 million disgorgement award in favor of its wholly owned subsidiary, Skillz Platform Inc.

The stock opened at $13.97 and traded between $11.13 and $14.07 during the session on the New York Stock Exchange. It has traded in a 52-week range of $2.23 to $20.00. Trading volume reached 17.22 million shares, compared with an average daily volume of 0.51 million shares.
