India, July 10 -- Shares of Fermi Inc. (FRMI) are falling about 15 percent on Friday morning after the company, operating as Fermi America, announced the upsized pricing of 5.00% convertible senior notes due 2031 in an aggregate principal amount of $375 million.
The company's stock is currently trading at $6.26, down 14.55 percent or $1.07, over the previous close of $7.32 on the Nasdaq. It has traded between $4.47 and $36.99 in the past one year.
