India, Sept. 21 -- European stocks are seen opening higher on Monday as oil prices extended slide to their lowest levels in more than a week on hopes that diplomatic efforts could help ease tensions in West Asia.
Brent crude prices fell more than 2 percent to trade below $102 a barrel, extending losses for a fourth day ahead of this week's meeting between U.S. President Donald Trump and Gulf-state leaders on the sidelines of the United Nations General Assembly.
