India, Oct. 13 -- On Tuesday, Electra Battery Materials Corporation (ELBM,ELBM.V) signed a five-year working-capital and commercial partnership term sheet with WMC Group AG.
The agreement will finance cobalt feedstock purchases and battery-grade cobalt sales, improving the refinery's operating cash flow cycle.
WMC will provide logistics, cobalt market expertise, marketing support and access to its global network as Electra moves into operations. WMC has also committed to investing in Electra once final agreements are signed.
On the Nasdaq, Electra Battery Materials shares were trading 3.09 percent up at $0.4905.
