India, July 28 -- Ecolab (ECL) increased expectations for full year 2026 adjusted earnings per share to the $8.05 to $8.25 range, rising 7% to 10% versus last year, which is higher than prior expectations of $8.03 to $8.23. The company said this range reflects strong underlying performance and a short-term impact from non-cash amortization and financing costs of the CoolIT acquisition. The company currently anticipates quantifiable special charges in 2026 to be approximately $0.75 to $0.80 per share, principally related to restructuring charges and acquisition and integration costs.
