India, Sept. 20 -- Cue Biopharma (CUE) on Sunday announced positive topline results from a Phase 2a study of CUE-221 in patients with moderate to severe chronic spontaneous urticaria, also known as chronic hives. The drug met both the primary endpoint and a key secondary endpoint, supporting plans to advance the program into a Phase 2b/3 study.
