India, Aug. 11 -- Constellation Software Inc. (CSU.TO) on Tuesday reported a sharp increase in second-quarter profit as revenue rose 17%, driven primarily by acquisitions.
Total revenue for the quarter was $3,335 million, an increase of 17%, compared to $2,844 million for the comparable period in 2025.
The increase is primarily attributable to growth from acquisitions, as the company experienced organic growth of 3%.
Net income attributable to common shareholders of CSI for the quarter was $274 million compared to $56 million for the same period in 2025. On a per-share basis, the company reported earnings per share of $12.93, compared to net income per share of $2.66 for the same period in 2025.
