India, April 28 -- Shares of Commvault Systems, Inc. (CVLT) are rising about 12 percent on Tuesday morning trading after the company announced its fourth-quarter financial results, reporting revenue of $311.69 million, up from $275.04 million in the prior year.
The company's shares are currently trading at $99.25 on the Nasdaq, up 12.26 percent. The stock opened at $98.00 and has climbed as high as $99.23 so far in today's session. Over the past year, it has traded in a range of $71.75 to $200.68.
