India, June 24 -- Churchill Capital Corp XI (CCXI) shares surged 20.49 percent, gaining $2.14 to $12.56 on Wednesday, after the special purpose acquisition company announced a definitive business combination agreement with Agility Robotics, a leading humanoid robotics and physical AI company.
The stock is currently trading at $12.56, compared with its previous close of $10.42 on the Nasdaq. During the session, shares opened at $12.64 and traded between $12.42 and $13.49. Trading volume reached 8.76 million shares, vastly exceeding the average daily volume of 22,000 shares.
