India, Oct. 1 -- Thursday, Candel Therapeutics (CADL) reported final Phase 2a data for aglatimagene besadenovec plus valacyclovir in patients with unresectable Stage III/IV non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) who had an inadequate response to immune checkpoint inhibitors (ICIs).

Aglatimagene is an investigational multimodal biological immunotherapy designed to stimulate a systemic anti-tumor immune response against injected tumors and distant metastases.
