India, Aug. 26 -- Shares of Boston Scientific Corporation (BSX) are falling about 4 percent on Wednesday morning after the company's global operations were disrupted by a cyberattack, which also affected some information systems used to process and ship customer orders.

The company's stock is currently trading at $47.63, down 4.47 percent, over the previous close of $49.85 on the New York Stock Exchange. It has traded between $42.20 and $109.50 in the past one year.
