India, Sept. 10 -- Bionano Genomics, Inc. (BNGO), through its wholly owned subsidiary Bionano Laboratories, announced that MolDX has issued a proposed Local Coverage Determination (LCD) for genome-wide molecular methodologies used to detect copy number alterations and structural variants in hematologic neoplasms.
The proposed LCD would establish Medicare coverage criteria for molecular testing, including optical genome mapping (OGM), when testing informs the diagnosis or clinical management of hematologic cancers in accordance with current professional guidelines.
