(BNGO) announced that three independently authored, peer-reviewed studies have demonstrated that optical genome mapping (OGM) can uncover clinically significant structural genomic alterations across myelodysplastic syndromes (MDS), acute myeloid leukemia (AML), and therapy-related myeloid neoplasms- findings often missed by conventional cytogenetic methods such as karyotyping, FISH, and targeted sequencing panels.
