India, Sept. 1 -- BiomX Inc. (PHGE) announced that it will change its corporate name to Tessera Defense and Homeland Security Inc., effective at 12:01 a.m., Eastern Time on September 11, 2026.
The company's common stock will trade on the NYSE American under the new ticker symbol 'HLSQ'.
According to the company, the new name completes its transformation into a defense and homeland security technology group, built through acquisitions and investments over the past year.
BiomX was essentially a biotech/pharmaceutical company before its 2026 defense transition, developing phage-based therapies. Its lead program was BX004, aimed at treating Pseudomonas aeruginosa infections associated with cystic fibrosis.
