India, Oct. 2 -- Friday, Biogen Inc. (BIIB) reported 52-week Phase 2 data for investigational litifilimab in adults with cutaneous lupus erythematosus (CLE), showing continued improvements in skin disease activity.
The data were presented at the European Academy of Dermatology and Venereology (EADV) 2026 Congress in Vienna, Austria, from the Phase 2 portion of the ongoing Phase 2/3 AMETHYST study.
Litifilimab is an investigational monoclonal antibody designed to selectively target BDCA2 receptors on plasmacytoid dendritic cells (pDCs) to reduce inflammation involved in CLE.
