India, Sept. 27 -- Biodesix Inc. (BDSX), a diagnostic solutions company, last week reported strategic progress for two programmes regarding Molecular Residual Disease (MRD) solutions for cancer diagnosis. Biodesix is developing the tests for tumor-informed and tumor-naive MRD using its Diagnostics Cortex bioinformatics platform to identify genomics changes unique to an individual. These approaches detect circulating DNA (ctDNA) specific to the tumor-type being diagnosed. The tumor-informed method is being carried out in conjunction with Bio-Rad Laboratories Inc. (BIO).
