India, Aug. 25 -- Barinthus Biotherapeutics plc (BRNS), a clinical-stage biopharmaceutical company, announced an update on its proposed merger with Clywedog Therapeutics.
Barinthus and Clywedog entered into a definitive agreement nearly a year-ago in September 2025, for an all-stock transaction.
