India, Sept. 18 -- On Friday, Aura Minerals, Inc. (AUGO) has entered into a $200 million syndicated loan facility as the borrower at the holding company level.
The Loan will bear interest at a rate of SOFR + 2.70% per year with two years grace period and maturity of 5 years. The Company intends to use the net proceeds to finance the borrowers payments to suppliers and/or to finance the prepayment of its costs of producing and selling its goods.
In the after hours on the Nasdaq, the shares were trading 0.02 percent down at $88.25, after closing Friday's trading 0.52 percent lower.
