India, Aug. 10 -- Archer Aviation Inc. (ACHR) shares rose 13 percent on Monday after the company announced definitive agreements with Boeing to acquire Wisk Aero, SkyGrid and Insitu.
The stock opened at $6.41 and traded between $6.26 and $6.87 during the session on the New York Stock Exchange. Archer has a 52-week range of $4.30 to $14.62. Trading volume reached 68.77 million shares, compared with an average volume of 42.47 million shares.
The transaction is expected to combine Archer's eVTOL, air taxi and AI capabilities with Boeing's autonomous flight, air traffic management and unmanned aircraft technologies.
