India, Oct. 9 -- Alumis Inc. (ALMS) announced new Phase 3 data showing that investigational envudeucitinib rapidly and durably improved scalp psoriasis, itching and quality of life in patients with moderate-to-severe plaque psoriasis. The findings from the ONWARD1, ONWARD2 and ONWARD3 clinical program were presented at the 26th Annual Fall Clinical Dermatology Conference.

The results build on previously reported Week 48 data from ONWARD3, in which 54% of patients achieved complete skin clearance, measured by a Psoriasis Area and Severity Index (PASI) 100 response.
