The data demonstrated anti-tumor activity across multiple urothelial cancer models, including models with limited response or acquired resistance to existing ADC therapies.
AKTX-101 is a TROP2-targeted ADC using Akari's proprietary PH1 RNA spliceosome-modulating payload demonstrated statistically significant tumor growth inhibition in the UM-UC-14 advanced urothelial carcinoma model, representing metastatic urothelial cancer, where Padcev (enfortumab vedotin) showed limited response.
