India, Sept. 7 -- ACG Metals Limited (ACG.F), announced on Monday that it has entered into a binding agreement with Meta Nikel Kobalt Madencilik Sanayi ve Ticaret A.S. or META to acquire mining licence 60926, covering the Keskek gold project in Turkiye, for total cash consideration of $7.85 million.
The consideration comprises $4 million and potential deferred cash consideration of $3.85 million at the start of production in mid-2027, subject to permitting. META will also receive a 1% gross revenue royalty on gold mined from the licence area, plus $60 per ounce for additional gold discovered outside the defined pit.
