Nepal, Sept. 17 -- The CPN-UML has directed all its subordinate committees to organize creative programs to mark Constitution Day this year.

UML General Secretary Shankar Pokharel sent formal letters to provincial, district and local-level committees on Wednesday, instructing them to organize effective programs on September 19, the occasion of Constitution Day.

According to the party's circular, the committees are expected to organize activities such as morning rallies, candlelight events, discussions and cleanliness campaigns based on the needs and circumstances of their respective areas.
