Nepal, Aug. 25 -- The CPN-UML has decided to withdraw its ministers from the Gandaki Province government.

UML parliamentary party board made the decision at a meeting held on Tuesday, according to party deputy leader Lil Bahadur Thapa Magar.Politics

"UML ministers are preparing to submit their resignations," Thapa said, adding that the party would begin talks with the Nepali Communist Party and other parties on how to move forward under the changed political circumstances.

He said the UML and Nepali Communist Party would also jointly explore forming a government in Gandaki, following the two parties' power-sharing arrangements in other provinces.
