Nepal, March 7 -- In a major electoral upset, Rajesh Kumar Chaudhary of the Rastriya Swatantra Party (RSP) has claimed victory in Rautahat Constituency No. 1, leaving political heavyweights trailing. Chaudhary secured 28,946 votes in the vote counting concluded on Saturday.
