Nepal, Sept. 28 -- Rastriya Swatantra Party (RSP) lawmaker Ashika Tamang has urged the government to make roads operational before Dashain and Tihar and ensure safe travel for the public.

Speaking in Parliament on Monday, Tamang said continuous rainfall over the past three to four days had triggered landslides and caused road sections to sink at several locations along the Prithvi Highway in Dhading-1, disrupting transportation.
