RSP issues five-point directive to MPs, calls constituency visits a strategic political campaign
Nepal, July 21 -- The Rastriya Swatantra Party (RSP) has issued a five-point directive instructing its members of the House of Representatives to make constituency and district visits more organized, coordinated and results-oriented.
In a circular issued by General Secretary Bipin Kumar Acharya, the party said lawmakers should treat constituency visits not merely as formal engagements or opportunities for personal outreach, but as a strategic campaign to expand the party's political vision, strengthen its organization and connect public concerns with the party's parliamentary agenda.
