Nepal, May 28 -- Zydin Biotech, a pharmaceutical company based in Bharatpur, Chitwan, has produced raw materials needed for anticancer medicines.

Industry's Chairman Dr G Narayan Bahadur Chhetri said that the raw material is produced by installing state-of-the-art equipment and is being exported abroad. "We have exported the raw materials of anticancer medicines," Dr Chhetri said.

He said the factory was established at Rs 1.3 billion as a joint venture of industrialists. The industry located at Sharanpur in the Bharatpur Metropolitan City-16 has produced and exported anticancer medicines' raw materials to India.
