Nepal, Aug. 31 -- As many as 33 people injured in the Bhotekoshi River flood have been discharged from Kathmandu's National Trauma Centre after their health improved.

A total of 48 flood victims were brought to the Trauma Centre following their rescue. Fifteen remain under treatment, with most reported to be in stable condition.

Nepal Police has also set up citizen assistance desks at Bir Hospital and the National Trauma Centre to help families obtain updates on injured victims and register information about those still missing.Nepal economic analysis.
