Nepal, Oct. 1 -- Minister for Land Management, Cooperative, Federal Affairs and General Administration, Pratibha Rawal, has shared that the proposed Federal Civil Service Bill has been expected to bring 'Paradigm shift' in performance and accountability of civil service.

Taking to a social platform, Minister Rawal mentioned that the bill has been given the final shape after deep study and extensive discussion, adding the bill would make the civil service further capable, effective, efficient, accountable and result-oriented.
