Nepal, March 13 -- Students of Padma Kanya Multiple Campus in Bagbazar staged a protest at Maitighar on Friday, demanding justice for Inisha BK.
The demonstration, led by the campus's Free Student Union, called for capital punishment for the four individuals allegedly involved in her rape and murder. Protesters also demanded justice for the victim's family.
BK, a permanent resident of Gurbhakot Municipality-6 in Surkhet who had been living in Birendranagar Municipality-1, was found unconscious in a community forest near Martyrs Park on the morning of March 7. She was rushed to the Provincial Hospital, where doctors pronounced her dead.
