Nepal, March 5 -- The Election Commission reported that voting across the country is taking place in a cheerful and orderly atmosphere.

As of 11 am, 10.18 percent of registered voters had cast their ballots. In total, 1,923,824 votes were recorded nationwide within the first four hours of polling.
