Nepal, March 23 -- According to Inspector Dipak Rijal of Chitwan District Police Office, the tanker (registration LU 2 Kha 2894) coming from Khairahani toward Bharatpur hit the scooter (Na 55 Pa 077) as it entered from an inner road. Regmi, who was riding on the back of the scooter, died on the spot.
