Nepal, Nov. 2 -- Nepal Oil Corporation (NOC) has initiated a process to merge liquefied petroleum gas (LPG) industries operating across the country.

As part of the initiative, the NOC sent letters to all LPG industries on October 29, encouraging them to pursue mergers and prepare action plans to move the process forward.

The NOC expects the initiative to make the distribution and sale of LPG more organised, convenient and consumer-friendly.
