Nepal, March 13 -- Nepal Oil Corporation (NOC) has said there is no disruption in the supply of Liquefied Petroleum Gas (LPG) from India, urging consumers not to panic-buy.

Speaking at a press conference in Kathmandu on Friday, NOC Spokesperson Manoj Kumar Thakur said LPG imports from India are continuing as per demand, and there is currently no shortage in supply.

However, he said the rumors of a possible shortage have prompted many consumers to stockpile gas cylinders unnecessarily, creating what appears to be a shortage in the market.
