Nepal, Sept. 7 -- The Nepal Stock Exchange (NEPSE) rose by 18.07 points on Monday, the first trading day of the week, to close at 2,560.84 points.Nepal economic analysis

With this, the stock market closed in the green for the fourth consecutive day. Market volatility remained low with the market reaching the day's low at 2,542.46 points while it hit the highest of 2,565.85 points within the first one and a half hours.

The trading amount increased moderately, to Rs 3.83 billion from Rs 3.46 billion on the previous day. Among individual companies, the prices of 195 companies increased, 79 decreased and four remained stable.
