Nepal, Sept. 23 -- The Nepali Congress (NC) is holding its local-level conventions across the country today as it moves ahead with the organizational restructuring process under its 15th General Convention.

The conventions are being held to build the party's organizational structures at the local level. The NC Central Election Committee said leadership selection has already been completed in an enthusiastic and peaceful manner in wards across the country, except for a few isolated locations.
